That is very understandable. Fortunately, even if you happen to have an STD, your parents do not have to find out. You can be treated right away and no consequences will follow from your parent unless you tell your yourself; which I'm sure you won't.
You should feel free to act within your own convictions. Your parents may never approve of you, but punishing you for having sex is not a natural consequence. It is one that they fabricated due to their own convictions.
So I suggest that you start owning your own convictions without fear of your parents judgment, because that is not a full and healthy way to live.
