I would say that Plan B worked and you did not become pregnant. That is evidenced by the one day of very heavy bleeding.
How long ago did you take Plan B, that is prior to this time? Have you taken the pill frequently?
When was the last time you had an exam with your gynecologist?
Anonymous, consider scheduling an appointment. It would be a good time to discuss birth control options. You should never depend on an ECP as birth control. It would be an opportunity to have blood testing to check your hormone levels.
