Was February the first time you ever took an emergency contraceptive?
It is possible that a hormonal imbalance or upset occurred. I suggest this because ever since taking the pill, your periods have been irregular.
Contact and speak with your gynecologist about this. Blood tests to check hormone levels may be suggested.
