You mention that you had a tubal ligation, or that your Fallopian tubes were tied. This type of permanent birth control is successful in preventing pregnancy. In very rare cases, the tubes can reconnect and pregnancy is possible.
Take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning. Use the urine when you first wake up and use the bathroom.
