The only way to know if she did become pregnant is to wait for her next period. If it is late by at least one week, she needs to take a home pregnancy test.
For what you shared, if you inserted your penis into her vagina, and ejaculated, and this happened without protection, and five days before ovulation or on the day she ovulated, then there was a risk for pregnancy.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. Semen contains sperm.
