Welcome again to EmpowHER. In researching to answer your question, I could not find an interaction between Lamisil and Gynera. I defer to your physician's comment that the prescribed antifungal medication would have the least effect on your birth control pills.
It would be wise to have your partner use a condom at least until you have stopped using the antifungal medication for at least one week. Just to be safe.
