I do not think you were at risk for pregnancy because you made up for the missed dose correctly and before having intercourse. Your partner wore a condom, and though it came off, it did so before he ejaculated.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If he had a prior but recent ejaculation, there is a chance sperm remained in his urethra, which is a tube that both urine and semen pass through. But, once he urinated, all remaining sperm was flushed out.
