Stress can most definitely play a part in your period(s) being delayed or irregular as well as other things - certain medications, illness, excessive exercise, a very low body weight, not eating enough calories or a hormone imbalance.
Some symptoms of stress can be - depression or anxiety, low energy, headaches, upset stomach, general aches & pains, tense muscles, insomnia.
If you miss another month, make an appointment with your doctor to be sure nothing else is going on.
