Thanks Helena for your response and advice. I thought I would first try non surgical pain management if that helps and then go for surgery if pain management does not help. I am scared to go through surgery knowing that surgeon I have been consulting has not performed similar surgery ( to excise scar tissue to release pudendal nerve before). There are few good surgeons in Mumbai but do not know how skilful they are in this kind of surgery. I will inform my surgeon about Dr. Dellon and his knowledge and experience in this aspect.
