I am a bit confused. You vomited one active pill...when was that? week one?
Why did you take a 7 day break? Did you not take seven active pills in a row? Or was this the week of inactive pills?
When you has sex on the fifth day of the new pack, did you vomit the pill that day? Did you take a pill the day before and the day after? Where you taking an active birth control pill at the same time you took Plan B?
Once you have withdrawal bleeding, you will know that you did not become pregnant. Otherwise, no bleeding...test for pregnancy.
