This was overly aggressive and you are now seeing the consequences. I am most concerned that the skin at the nipple is peeling off and posing a risk for possible infection.
Please have her call her gynecologist or primary care physician. She needs to be examined. In
the meantime, she should not wear a bra, wear loose fitting tops and keep the area free from any friction or close contact with clothing.
Keep us updated on what her doctor suggests.
