Postinor 2 prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. If you have a 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle, and your period was due to start on March 4, you may have already ovulated by the time you took the pill.
The brown spotting could be implantation bleeding, which indicates you did become pregnant.
If the discharge does not increase to a flow, this is not your period. Then take an early response pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning;use the urine when you wake up.
