If you used the condoms correctly (no breaks or leaks) each time you had intercourse, you shouldn't worry that you are pregnant. Of course, if this is not the case, you will need to test for pregnancy. I can't say exactly what the pain might be. It could be ovary pain. If it becomes severe or persists, see your doctor.
