No. There was no chance of her becoming pregnant.
For conception to occur, there must be sperm to fertilize an egg.
When you urinated, you flushed out any sperm left from the prior ejaculation.
Your girlfriend was on day two of her period, so ovulation, that is when an egg was released, had happened about two weeks ago.
No sperm and no egg means no pregnancy risk.
