I had a similar experience. After my period (which was heavy and with clots) following plan B one step, I've had some slight nausea the week my period app says I should be fertile and ovulating. Never had nausea during month. I'm 27 days past intercourse and HPT is negative. Could this upset stomach from time to time be still due to plan B pill I took 27 days ago?
