The only thing you can you do is wait for your period to come. If it doesn't, you need to test for pregnancy. The pill is very effective in preventing pregnancy *if* it's taken correctly (on time, no missed pills). If your pills do get messed up, you need to use an alternate method of birth control like condoms, until you are back on track again.
