Guide

Hello Sa,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. Thank you for coming to us with your question.

Was his penis dry or wet when you touched it?

If it felt dry, there was no pre ejaculate fluid or semen on it. There was no risk for pregnancy.

Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If he had a recent ejaculation, some sperm remained in his urethra, which is the tube that semen and urine pass through. Once he urinated, the sperm was flushed out.

Lastly, you are at risk for becoming pregnant it you have unprotected intercourse, or if semen is introduced into your vagina, five days before or on the day of ovulation.

Regards,
Maryann
