Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm, so you cannot get pregnant from this scenario. If a male has had a recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in the urethra (the tube which urine and semen pass through). Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her vagina or (rarely) on the opening. Ejaculate contains sperm.
