Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If you had a recent ejaculation, sperm remains in your urethra. That is the tube that urine and semen pass through. Once you urinated, sperm is flushed out.
Lastly, the vagina is inside of the body.
So, without penetration and ejaculation and not using a condom, there should not have been a risk for pregnancy.
However, if her period is late by more than one week, she could take a home pregnancy test.
