This is obviously an ongoing condition that needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Tests may need to be taken to see what is going on. I'd be guessing as to what this might be based on your information as it could many things. Including Plantar Fascitis. Only a doctor can help you at this point. I urge you to get this looked into.
