There was no risk of becoming pregnant during dry humping. There was no risk when he ejaculated on your upper body.
The risk that did exist was if the semen was still wet when he fingered you and if this happened close to or on the day you ovulated.
If your periods have become regular, wait another two days and test for pregnancy. For the most accurate result, test first thing in the morning.
