If he ejaculated while he was inside you, or had fresh ejaculate on his penis when he went in, there is a risk. If he did not, your period is simply late. Stress and/or life style changes can impact the cycle. Only you and your boyfriend know what happened. If you are concerned, test for pregnancy.
