This is not how pregnancy happens. Were you taught sex education in school or at home? There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening. I'm not sure why your girlfriend would take a tissue that has been dropped in the toilet, out. That seems very odd to me, but for hygienic reasons, she should have washed her hands as a courtesy to others in the house.
