You probably don't need to take another pill - you have about a 12-24 hour grace period after taking it. You also had sex four days before your period was due which means the likelihood of you getting pregnant even without the pills was little to none. Your period may now be delayed due to taking it - read the paperwork that came with your pills so you know what to expect.
