Plan B will not be less effective because you took it twice in two weeks but the side effects may be worse, including a delayed menstrual cycle. A pregnancy test is accurate about 14-21 days after sex so you may have tested a little early but your risk is very low. Your period will be along when you stop taking EC so frequently and allow your cycle to normalize again.
