Thank you for posting.

For most people, an occasional glass of wine, or wine in moderation, is not bad for one's health. However, drinking too much wine is, and for some, it is best to abstain altogether. Try a glass of white grape juice and sparkling water with a slice of lime or lemon. It can be nice subsitute for a wine spritzer.
