HI I too am a breast cancer survivor with all the symptoms. effexor an anti depressant at 75 mg helps with the hot flashes. There is new anti depressant that could replace effexor, i just started it yesterday.
The bigger issue is hormone replacement. at this point there isn't alot. I am a nurse practitioner who specializes in oncology. estrogen is a problem and have seen many patients return with a new cancer.
