I'm really interested in learning more about this. I'm a big fan of cardio too and with all of the focus on staving off heart disease, maybe I concentrate on it a little too much. Can you share your program with us? How many times a week do you lift? Do you use machines or free weights? How many times a week do you weight train? For how long? (Can't you tell I want to learn more) Any info you could share would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
