12 years ago I was diagnosed with Hash's disease. I took synthroid, levathroid and cytomel for 5 years. always changing my scrip..very frustrating. I lost about 30 lbs at first, then after about 4 years it seemed that the meds quit working all together. I moved across the U.S. and after a year had blood work done. All my results were normal. I am now 7 years without meds and still achy muscles, fatigue, force myself to exersize, diet constantly and still feel bad, not as bad as 12 years ago, but not normal. I just went to the doctor and had the blood work done and came back normal. Should I just try the gluten diet since my results are in normal range (though the T3 free is almost at the top end)? I am out of options :-(
Thanks, Steph
