Thanks so much for putting this article together. I was just diagnosed today with osteopenia and I'm N-O-T happy about it! Four years ago, I had an above average bone density check and was totally blind-sided by this diagnosis today. The information on this site has certainly helped me in researching how to deal with this! Thanks!
