Try the following regimen.
- Take 30mg of Zinc twice per day or 15mg of Chelated Zinc twice per day. Zinc is known for balancing ones hormones and promoting skin tissue rejuvenation.
- Take a vitamin which contains concentrated Omega 3, 6 and 9 oils. This will greatly reduce the amount of inflammation of your acne and will prevent oil build up from your sebaceous glands as the vitamin will regulate oil production.
- Use a topical skin care range that contains salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide along with essential oils such as rosemary or tea tree.
- Wash, tone and moisturize twice daily with the topical products.
- Drink between 1-2 liters of water per day if possible and avoid foods that are high in sodium, sugar and fats.
The combination of the above should help clear your acne within a month and after a period of three months, you should have perfectly clear skin.
Last tip, avoid stressing about your acne. Stress promote the imbalance in your hormones and releases chemicals from your brain that will only cause your acne to persists and increase. I know it's easier said than done but try your best.
