Hi Tina,

Thanks for the great advice. That's what this site is for. It's for women to share their information.

This is what I think is going to be so great about this site. The fact that I hadn't really thought about some of the things you've listed, that may be contributing to my sleepless nights.

For example.....

-Changing passive-aggressive behavior

-Eliminating negativity.

So simple but yet not something I would have associated with sleep. Or lack there of.

Also, I've not heard of Relora. Does that just calm the system down?

Where do you buy this? Is it all natural?
This is something I'd love to try.

Maybe I can get a good nights sleep after all.
