The fertility book is called "The fertility Diet" the other one is called "the Taoism of Fertility."
Both are really informative and gave me a lot of hope.

As for excercise they recomend 60 min 4 times a weeks, non jostling excercise. Yoga and Pilates are great because they also center on balance for the mind and body ( we all know how important not being stressed out is to this situation!) They do recommend walking faster or uping your workout a little bit during your actual menstruation in order to help everything clean out and flush out, to have a clean slate for the next month. Swimming is really good.

i personally have some weight to lose and need to get into better eating habits so that I can be healthy inside and out. I have found success with circuit training, just not on the intensest workout and only with 5 pound weights.
