You can rule pregnancy out completely if you are not having sex. 

It's likely your cycle may be changing, depending on your age.  Some women are very regular till they are in their 50s, others see changes even at 40. 

Do you have other peri-menopausal symptoms like sleep difficulties or hot/warm flashes?

Menopause is a natural cycle of life and does not need medical care unless you get uncomfortable symptoms that can be treated.
