Dear Popap--
You should go see your doctor. If you are normally regular, then 15 days is a long time to be late. You may be pregnant and the urine stick is not picking up your hormones, a blood test is more accurate. The light bleeding could be implantation bleeding: http://www.steadyhealth.com/articles/Implantation_bleeding_or_period__a410_f0.html

I also suggest seeing your doctor because although lower back pain could involve your kidneys (from a UTI for example), it could also be a sign of miscarriage and should be checked out asap.

Please let us know how everything goes-- good luck!
