Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Please provide more information and I may be able to give you a better answer.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by hormones. Estrogen, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and progesterone each have a specific role. Any imbalance in hormone levels will cause changes.

Pregnancy, perimenopause, very high stress levels and a thyroid gland issue are just a few causes for a missed period.

Regards,
Maryann
