Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.
It is unrealistic to expect your period to be the same every month unless you are taking birth control pills.
Periods tend to be unpredictable especially because it is common in modern life not to be exposed to the natural rhythms of the earth which are very connected to a women's hormonal imbalance. Work, home life and all the demands of life off balance the hormones in our body. This is normal for most women.
It is only important to have a regular period if you are trying to become pregnancy or you have severe symptoms such as debilitating cramps.
