26yrs old and having a period every two weeks.

im 26yrs old and have had alot go on with the female system. my body has gone threw 2 csections, cervical cancer removal, had my uterus burned in my 2nd csection because my placenta and uterus pulled apart, tubial pregnancy, they removed the left tube and tied the right tube i think that maybe it. any idea why i would be having a period every 2 weeks with pain in tummy and lower back and migraines ?
