3 weeks of menstruation and brown discharge in between.

I have been bleeding for roughly 3 weeks. I am 20 years old and absolutely not pregnant. I didnt get my period last june and period came on first day of july. I have been bleeding for weeks and getting a little brown discharges in between. Is this something normal or can someone explain this?

Having a period for that long is not normal. Please see your GYN who can evaluate this.
