Well, if your doctor thinks that you are too young to be experiencing perimenopause, what does he or she think the cause of your late period is?
Has he or she ordered a blood hCG pregnancy test? This test is accurate to rule out pregnancy.

Hi,
October 14, 2011 - 4:36pmYou are of an age when some women enter perimenopause. If the pregnancy test results were negative, perimenopause could be the reason for a late period.
