47 Year old Smoker with 4 mm nodule on Chest X-Ray, Dr ordered CT Scan. My mother Died of Lung Cancer in her early 60's, WORRIED :(

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother to lung cancer. Have you looked into smoking cessation programs? 

What has your doctor told you about your nodule and weight loss? Please wait for further tests to determine the cause may be.
