5 weeks pregnant and pregnancy symptoms have gone away

Hi,
I am 5 weeks pregnant. Last week I had some nausea, breast tenderness & fullness and some exhaustion. Yesterday I felt totally fine. As if I was not pregnant. Enegery was normal, no breast pain at all and no nausea. Today I feel the same way. I am getting nervous about miscarriage. I did go for blood work yesterday morning and my HCG and Progesterone were both great....

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Could my HCG be rising normally if I was having a miscarriage.

I should also add that the only thing I noticed yesterday was some period type cramping that came and went throughout the day.

Thanks as always for your help

Hi Shamy,
Thanks for your question and for being a part of the EmpowHER community. It's hard to say what's completely normal in early pregnancy, as it's different for each woman you may speak with. Is this your first pregnancy? Did your doctor raise any concern?
If your HCG and progesterone levels are increasing, then try and relax, it's a good thing. These early symptoms may just be coming and going for you. You may not have daily symptoms until later on. The important thing is you are pregnant, so take care of yourself. Here is an article about early pregnancy:

Good luck and let us know if you need more support. And congratulations on being pregnant!!
