White spots on the roof of your mouth or in your mouth in general could mean several things but it sounds like you have oral thrush - or candidiasis.This is a fungal infection of the mouth - you can read all about it here including treatments: http://www.empowher.com/condition/thrush/definition
You need to go to a clinic for an evaluation and treatment.
Anon, if you are an IV drug user and not in good general health it's a good idea to you to get tested for HIV - thrush is common in people with that virus. A free clinic will do this for you free of charge.
