last night i had very bad low pelvic pain with vomiting and diarrhea.
I have a heavy feeling in my pelvic area all the time and nausea, this morning i haven't been able to eat anything but 1 toast.
What could this be.

It could be a viral infection (for instance, the flu) you're dealing with. If it persists, or if you end up having a fever, get to the doctor to have it checked out. Sip on clear fluids as much as you can to avoid dehydration, and get loads of rest.
Hope you are feeling better soon.

Hi Anonymous,
Thanks for your post, and for finding EmpowHER. Do you have a specific question related to your period? As a general rule, having your period (even if it's light bleeding for 3 days) indicates you're not pregnant, and the HPT confirmed. It is possible to have cramping at the tail end of your period. If we haven't answered your question, please let us know how else we may be able to help you.

Hi Anon

Thanks for your post. It seems like you did get your period, it was just lighter and shorter than usual. This is pretty common and happens for no particular reason.

You cannot be pregnant if you've just had your period so you're not pregnant. Your next period should be along in about 26-32 days. Even women who have regular cycles can have a month or irregularity here or there for no discernible reason. A "normal" period lasts 3-7 days so it doesn't seem like you have anything to worry about.

Thanks for writing!
