9 year old constantly expanding her eyes

I noticed about 6 months ago my daughter suddenly started expanding her eyes nearly every 5 minutes. I took her to the optometrist and she got glasses for reading but her eyes still constantly expand. At first I would bring it to her attention when she did it but she had no idea, she has recently started telling me now though that she can feel it when she is doing it.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. It can be due to many things, from an infection to dryness in the eye.  Did you mentioned the problem she has been having to the eye doctor?
