i did a surgery on this desiese and want to know side effects and and muscle development inthat region.

Hemangiomas (a birth mark) are not something rare but are often removed - like yours - in case they may cause other problems with your health.
Have you had this since birth? Can you tell us how old you are?
How was your hemangioma removed? By laser? Medications?
Was the hemangioma on your shoulder very deep - is that why you are worried about possible muscles being affected?
