i am 40 yr old , from past 2 months my finger nails are becoming flatten . i little worid about it please tell me why does this happen

Brittle or very ridged nails or a fungal nail infection can cause the nails to flatten. See your doctor for an evaluation. In the meantime, I can share the below resource with you:
