about getting bad dreams

hey m 22 years old unmarried girl i wanna ask that i used to take a nap in the afternoon for an hour but whenever i take nap i get bad dreams which makes me awake still i dont think negative before taking nap.kindly help me out m upset.

Thanks for your post! 

Some people have very vivid dreams, others hardly dream at all - or at least they don't remember their dreams. 

Cause of dreams can be stress, diet, medications or even the time you sleep. Some people have dreams only when they nap. It depends on how far your get into your dream cycle - you seem to go into a very deep sleep quite quickly. 

If you are having bad dreams (which are understandably upsetting) during naps, you may want to stop napping altogether. Instead, get to bed earlier at night and try to get a full 8 hours in overnight so that you don't need to nap during the day.
