Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for your question.

Leukorrhea is a certain type of vaginal discharge that is common during pregnancy as well as at other times during your reproductive years. It appears as a thick and sticky vaginal discharge that can be white, yellow, or green. It can vary with a woman's menstrual cycle as her hormone levels change.

Physical activity during and following your menstrual period will not cause any harm.

Regards,
Maryann
