If someone misses her periods for about three months and then it comes out with a lot of blood and some flesh things what could be happening....???!!

If you missed your period for 3 months you should see your doctor to find out why. If it's a hormonal imbalance, your doctor can diagnose this. Sometimes periods contain clots (if that is what you mean). It's nothing to worry about if otherwise, you are having a normal flow and duration now that your period has shown. Contact your doctor about your cycle.
